Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SoakingOak.com. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

What can be returned?

  • You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel and hats with their original tags attached.
  • You can return unopened and undamaged food items, rocks glasses, bourbon tasting glasses, and other whiskey accessories.

What can't be returned?

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • We cannot accept returns for opened or damaged food items.
  • We cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale or clearance.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us: Before returning any item, please contact us by email at soakingoak@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack your item: Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt inside the box.
  3. Ship your item: Ship your return package to:

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return instructions and specify your desired exchange in your email. We will ship the exchange item to you free of charge.
  • If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a notification email confirming your refund.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
